Hello...My name is Annetta ( its a Scandinavian name thanks to my Norwegian mum)

I grew up in my dads home town of  Western Australia in the city of Perth. Its such a lovely city and its constantly improving and becoming quite a happening  arts and cultural place ! I am thankful of my parents raising me here.  My childhood was filled with creative inspiration, as an architects daughter I was forever taken to one art gallery to the next and admiring the artists intentions or the perspective from this angle or another.

I hope that some of this subconscious creative nature has come through in my photography.

Traveling overseas ( to get to Norway mostly) well before COVID 19 , I  fell in love with capturing the beauty of the world around me.

​

On my journey I discovered that I had a hidden passion looking through the lens of a camera. I realised an artistic freedom...I noticed the light was forever changing  colours and patterns of the shadows that would cast amazing contrast, which is beautiful to photograph.

​

I've been lucky enough to have studied at WAAPA as a lighting designer which lead me in the film and television industry in NSW Sydney. How honoured I was to be surrounded by many talented professionals and celebrities creating that perfect shot. I guess it was not surprising that I felt a passion for photography developing.

​

As a  photographer I thrive on capturing all those special moments during a wedding filled with emotions of love and joyfulness. It’s an honour for me to share a special story together with all my clients both nationally and overseas.

​

As well as weddings,  I love to dance... ( and so dose my 10 year old daughter ) this  gives me reasons to pursue into  dance and performance portraiture where my theatrics of being bold and creative using studio lighting come to play. 

​

Being a parent of two young kids of my own, I take endless amounts of photos of them, (well, don't we all have thousands of photos on our phones ? ). They seem to live in another world full of wonder and curiosity, I love to capture these moments in time and re live them all over again ( especially when they're in bed  fast asleep )

I cherish these moments and I would be delighted to capture your family story ( even with your fur baby) for you to re live and admire in any way you wish.

Some of my clients like artwork for their homes and have some spectacular WOW sizes ! I take great pride in creating something unique and mixing mediums together, why not have abstract fine art photography on your walls ? its UR house ! its UR space ! its UR story! its UR life !
